Dr. Nima Alamdari is a Harvard-trained muscle physiologist and former Harvard Medical School faculty member with 20 years of research in muscle metabolism, nutrition, and sports science. He is Chief Scientific Officer at Ritual and an Honorary Professor at the University of Exeter, directing research in exercise science, nutrition, and GLP-1–related exercise and nutrition interventions.
