Dr. Keith Ayoob, RDN

Associate Clinical Professor Emeritus, Albert Einstein College of Medicine

Dr. Keith Ayoob is a registered dietitian and Associate Clinical Professor Emeritus at New York City’s Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he directed a nutrition clinic for 33 years for persons with special needs.

Dr. Ayoob has a long history of advocating for positive strategic change. He co-authored a highly regarded global nutrition policy for the Walt Disney Corporation in 2006 and updated those landmark guidelines in 2012, receiving wide acclaim (including endorsement by the White House and First Lady Michelle Obama).

He holds his doctorate from Columbia University’s Teachers College and his Master’s from the Columbia’s College of Physicians and Surgeons.
